0.07%，所以對113年CPI增幅影響約0.18%。如果我們相較於剛才講的這個表，這是主計總處自己的表，當初電價沒有上漲的情況之下，疫情這一兩年也趨緩了，然後什麼俄烏戰爭也都已經過了，什麼油費漲的都已經過了，但是物價還是漲。所以不曉得，主計長，你們這個113年CPI增幅影響約0.18%，到底是怎麼分析出來的？"],["朱主計長澤民：我們是根據……因為這邊講電費占CPI的權數是1.15%，所以電費如果是漲的話，乘以那個權數，那我們估計到……因為4月1號漲，有9個月，所以大概是0.07%。","另外電費漲，一些工業的用戶它的成本也漲，而且我們是假定這些是完全反映在價格上，事實上這些不一定會完全反映在價格上，因為要看市場的供需彈性，我們已經是做了一個滿高的估計，所以0.17，假定全部轉給消費者負擔，我們是這樣子算出來的。"],["鄭天財Sra Kacaw委員：這個說明還待斟酌，因為在沒有電價上漲的情況之下，消費者物價指數都還逐年上升，逐月上升。電價上漲就會影響到很多的食衣住行育樂、醫療，都會包括啊！所以這個部分，如果想要達到這些你剛剛講的分析，就必須怎麼樣呢？第一個，經濟部你要請中油、自來水公司，你所主管的國營事業就不要漲。因為電價上漲，中油的成本也會提高啊！自來水公司也會提高啊！經濟部次長，可以協調中油、自來水公司都凍漲。次長？"],["曾次長文生：跟委員報告，中油的部分它的油價是浮動油價，已經行之有年。另外，第二個是有關於自來水的部分，我們會去看看自來水公司它的整個電價反應對整個成本影響的幅度來做觀察，看看它實際的狀況是如何。謝謝。"],["鄭天財Sra
