Kacaw委員：剛剛我一直看你們今天的報告，當然要做的都做了，怎麼樣去精進、怎麼樣去加強，因為現在老師也是有限，所以你們也有提到跟警政署的合作，到底足不足？應該是這樣講，在學校的老師本來就有限了，我們就從「暴力與偏差行為事件」的統計來看，這類事件逐年上升，這是很嚴重的。"],["吳司長林輝：是。"],["鄭天財Sra Kacaw委員：逐年上升。你們今天的報告裡面所提到的到底是有落實還是沒有落實？如果落實了，那是不是就是不足？就現況的話，是不是就是不足？"],["吳司長林輝：跟委員報告，我想，在執行上，仍然是需要再繼續加強，因為現在孩子的這些暴力跟偏差行為，其實是受到家庭、學校，或者是來自於媒體的影響，我舉個例子，比如學生可能會看到一些暴力的行為，因為現在網路的資訊確實非常頻繁，學生很可能敏感度會降低，會覺得司空見慣，也視為理所當然，我想這個觀念都是需要導正的。"],["鄭天財Sra Kacaw委員：我們看暴力事件與偏差行為統計，國小竟然是最多的，其次是國中、高中，都很多，大學到成年的部分比較沒有那麼多，但是也不少，有一千多件，也不少，這都是112年的數據。這樣一個數據呈現在你們的資料上，但是如何去防範，恐怕不是一般的法治教育就能夠防範，顯然是不足的，你回去之後，是不是好好地去做？因為這個不是你可以決定的，要怎麼去做是很重要的，要跟學校的老師來討論。"],["吳司長林輝：是。"],["鄭天財Sra
