kwara`，謝謝你們，辛苦了。","現在我要談的是：用原住民族自己的文字獨立呈現在身分證上，這條漫漫長路我們走了將近三十年了。1994年教育部頒訂中國語文臺灣南島語言的語音符號系統，這讓原住民族開始從口說語言邁向書寫語言，這就是原住民族文字的雛形。在2005年時，教育部跟原民會訂定了原住民族語言書寫系統，我們各族不僅僅有自己的書寫系統，還能夠準確的說出自己的語言，像是清唇齒擦音、喉塞音。","在這段過程裡面，我們利用書寫系統辦理了族語考試，製作了族語教材等等，讓族語變成文字化成為全體原住民族的共識，並且開始出現希望我們的身分證上面也能夠單列族名的聲音。然而這樣的聲音，很遺憾的，在2016年審查姓名條例的時候被內政部否決了；在2022年再次排審姓名條例時，內政部也再一次的否決了；一直到今年的5月2號，本席有幸擔任召委，所以我再一次的安排了審查姓名條例。在審查之前，我邀集了相關部會針對立法還有執行的具體細節進行討論，我們通盤解決了所有的困境，所以非常謝謝大家，我們僅僅用一次的審查機會來完成了這30年我們族人的心願。","這次的提案重點是：第一，原住民族的文字必須要入法；第二，我們的姓名單列原住民族的文字；第三，未來原住民族的孩子們要取名傳統名字的時候，必須要遵守原住民的傳統姓氏。這些非常重大的事項，我們讓它入法，這建立了原住民族傳統取名的體系。","今天在這裡，我要大聲的告訴我們的族人，也要大聲告訴我們的國人，原住民姓名單列原住民族文字，在這裡我們終於做到了！這30年真的非常的不容易，這不僅僅是為了我們自己，也是為了我們下一代的命名，更是為了要重建家族命名的體系。","在這裡剩下最後幾秒鐘的發言時間，我要再次謝謝內政部的瞭解，謝謝外交部的瞭解，所以這個法案通過了之後，有關其他相關部會必須配合的部分也必須要做修正及配合。再次謝謝林右昌部長，即將卸任部長的時候，在我們要求審查姓名條例時給予我們非常多的尊重。也要謝謝內政委員會的委員們，謝謝你們，尤其今天巧慧委員也在現場，非常謝謝您在委員會的時候大力的支持；也要謝謝鄭天財委員，這一路走來，您始終如一，我們再繼續為原住民族的未來繼續奮鬥。當然也要謝謝內政委員會的議事人員們，你們非常的辛苦，整理了非常多的條文及法案的說明，就在今天各位委員的桌子上。","最後，我要跟我們的族人說，繼續加油！Mhuway
