Tahovecahe委員：好的，因為我在聯合新聞網有看到去年年底選舉期間的一則新聞，當時我們的總統候選人賴清德總統前往屏榮的時候，他問在場的民眾說，請問屏東榮總是誰核定的？臺下的民眾都回答蘇貞昌啊！當時賴總統就回說，你們都把我忘記了。當年核定的行政院長如今是我們中華民國的總統，為什麼我這樣子講？其實對我們屏東人來講，能夠多這麼棒的一個醫院，其實是全民之福，但是我們的期待也很多，我看到你們的專報，其實退輔會也把醫院的工作視為非常重要的一個工作，那屏東榮總設立一週年的時候呢，我們也去宣布這個訊息，通過了衛福部教學醫院的評鑑，為偏鄉地區的急重症醫療帶來了福音。","我在這裡就是想要請教一下，因為我們從組織系統表裡面看到屏榮，它有許多的科別，我如果看這個組織表，它加總起來大概是40個診別，但是這邊有一個龍泉分院，以前還沒有屏榮來的時候，它是屬於高雄榮總，這個龍泉分院其實對我們偏鄉的原住民族人來講，我們最常去、最常用的就是這個龍泉分院。那請教一下龍泉分院有多少個科別、診別？"],["嚴主任委員德發：屏榮醫院院長跟你報告。"],["伍麗華Saidhai Tahovecahe委員：好，謝謝！"],["吳院長東霖：報告委員，目前屏東榮總總院區總共有35個科別，我們都已經有全數開放，有一些所謂的診室，像心臟科它有一些特別的門診，所以診室看起來會比科別要來得多。剛剛委員講的沒有錯……"],["伍麗華Saidhai Tahovecahe委員：是，龍泉呢？"],["吳院長東霖：龍泉分院是我們一個非常重要的據點，不要說是原鄉，整個山區的榮民榮眷都是我們照顧的範圍，所以我們那邊也都沒有放棄掉。因為那邊原來是分院的規模，所以它比較沒有像總院的編制分得那麼細，最主要就是內科、外科、身心科這三個大宗，當然裡面我們內科會比較細，又分出一個家醫科。"],["伍麗華Saidhai Tahovecahe委員：院長，是這樣子，屏榮的官網每天凌晨零時都會有一個床位資訊的公開資料，我在這個地方有看到總床數，急性還有加護病床、嬰兒病床加起來合計大約是300床啦，以6月5號來講，這個當中有沒有包含龍泉分院？"],["吳院長東霖：報告，沒有。"],["伍麗華Saidhai Tahovecahe委員：那沒有關係，因為時間的關係，院長，我只是要提醒空床率的問題，因為我會來這邊質詢是來自於民眾的陳情、關心，民眾看到的是說他覺得空床率很高啦！我去查了一下數據也確實，他們會問說為什麼？當然我這邊拿到的資料訊息就是說，像以前龍泉分院口碑非常好，尤其它的骨科，你應該知道，還有它的夜間門診，但是現在很多科都沒有夜間門診，他們就會懷疑啊！"],["主席：伍委員，其他的就改書面好不好？"],["伍麗華Saidhai
