Needs Help！Taiwan Needs Help！Taiwan Needs Help！我要很沉重地呼籲，臺灣現在面臨非常嚴峻的護理荒、輸液荒，各層級的醫療院所、基層醫師們都在哀嚎，急診壅塞、關病床、關病房、缺生理食鹽水輸液，嚴重地影響到我們國人就醫、手術還有洗腎的權益。本席想到上個月到WHA的會場，衛福部還很自豪地跟各國代表分享Taiwan Can Help，現在我們竟然要透過海外專案來進口，以兩到三倍的價格購買輸液，到底發生了什麼事？短短的一個月，我們從Taiwan Can Help變成Taiwan Needs Help。","缺乏輸液不只是醫療問題，更是國安危機，如此基本的物資，幾乎是所有急診、住院、手術都會需要的，如果近期不幸發生重大公安事件或天災意外，我完全不敢想像在醫療現場煉獄般的畫面，哀嚎、怒吼、缺輸液、缺醫護人手，還缺藥品。現在各層級的醫院也正面臨著護理師人力不足的問題，但因為衛福部只能提供特定容量的生理食鹽水，導致在整個手術或是洗腎過程中，護理師必須不斷地去打開不同溶液的輸液，更是在我們現在護理師荒的議題上雪上加霜。而輸液會大缺，最根本的原因就是健保給付對藥品的點值設定過低，最終沒有任何廠家願意生產，淪為一家或少數幾家獨占的市場，一旦出狀況，就會跟現在一樣釀成大災難。","我也必須說，這場事件就是衛福部造成的人禍，因為去年11月食藥署就公告出事的廠家輸液出現黑色的懸浮粒，需要緊急回收，表示衛福部跟食藥署早就知道兩個重大的警訊，第一是品管有問題；第二，這個廠商占市場比例高達八成，如果有突發狀況就會一發不可收拾，結果我們卻是毫無作為，最後說輸液供貨穩定要到10月份，是不是表示接下來4個月Taiwan Needs
