Tahovecahe委員：了解，謝謝，我就問一分鐘。接下來我想要問警政署跟考試院，有關警察人力的問題。其實，我過去質詢過很多次。我們看這十年來，全國的警察總人數一直在逐年增加，但是原住民的警察人數卻逐年下降。我們現在都在講文化敏感度，長照也一樣，其實在地的教師、醫事人力，包括警察，我們都非常在乎所謂的文化敏感度。現在原鄉地區，不僅是警力過少，也很不容易看到原住民籍的警察，原住民地區地大人稀，加上詐騙這麼猖獗，槍枝、毒品、打架、滋事等等，我們真的很需要原住民籍的警察人力來服務原鄉。偏偏憲法法庭大法官在2021年的解釋提到警察不能過勞，所以警政署在警力不足的狀況下，所想到的因應措施就是聯合服勤，這也引起原鄉很大的恐慌。因為原鄉地大人稀，夜間突然看到派出所沒有燈光，以為派出所要被裁撤了，所以本席當時也發文給警政署，我說，除了短期去調撥人力之外，長期也應該提高警專、警大原民學生的比例，而且我要求能夠有一個外軌來增加原住民行政警察。很好！我看到這幾年不論警大或者警專，原民生的比率確實是逐年在增加；另外，憲法法庭也提到，我們綁身高這件事情是不對的，內政部長也說了，未來警消人員的考試會取消身高限制，這對原住民是福音。","我接下來要講的是外軌的部分，在我質詢之後，你們在111年行文給考選部，同意在一般警察特考增設原住民警察類別，我很高興考選部終於也回文，他們沒反對，只說要在原民特考四等考試中增設行政警察人員類科，你們都沒有反對，但是你們講的不一樣。考選部說按照新增類科處理要點，不能在同一個考試中新增同樣職務的類科，他們覺得行政警察或原住民行政警察是同樣的職系。我想警政署也很為難，因為你們的警察人員人事條例施行細則提到的是高考普考警察人員考試，所以你們覺得應該從警察特考來增設。我對這個都沒有意見，我就想問考試院，你們一直都說沒有關係，會尊重用人機關──警政署，那麼你們是不是可以就何謂新增職系，要怎麼寫，提供你的修正意見，請教考試院的意見？"],["黃處長振榮：跟委員報告，這個部分是我們另外一個單位的業務，我把委員的意見帶回去，請他們再把這個資料送給委員。"],["伍麗華Saidhai
