各位委員大家好剛剛有委員說不知道委員的訴求跟主張是什麼我的訴求非常的清楚還假愚民拒絕勞工過勞這個就是我要講的此時此刻我們看到在立法院外面有好幾個工會團體他們因應期盼今天的這個法案要盡快的通過\n因為勞工訴求要還他們假日已經很久了蔡英文前總統曾經說過勞工是她心裡最軟的一塊蔡英文總統執政八年賴清德總統執政一年多這九年多來我們看到台灣勞工他們在工時方面時間是越來越長已經現在是全球第六亞洲第二\n我們還要放任這樣的情況再繼續下去嗎勞工這樣的長工時過勞對他們身心都會產生不利的一個情況所以請民進黨要照顧勞工不要只是嘴巴說說而已新的勞動部部長洪森翰他上台之後我們在委員會問他要不要支持還給勞工國定假日不敢支持\n態度曖昧內政部部長劉世芳更是公然的反對這就是我們看到民進黨即使說把左了一位從這個基層出身的部長又如何對於勞工的議題閃躲完全不敢表達自己的意見跟看法這個就是讓勞工朋友非常失望的地方\n而不只是台灣勞工工時過長在特休日的部分入職半年的我們看到日本跟韓國他們就高達十天跟六天的特休假反觀台灣我們是比不上日本跟韓國的\n所以在這一次的這個修法我們黨跟民眾黨共同提出來的總共可以還給勞工4加1000的國定假日我覺得這樣的修法就是一個進步的立法因為它可以有效的來降低勞工的工時對於解決勞工工時過長這個問題瞬間我們就可以協助他們\n而我們可以從亞洲第二這樣的一個汙名立刻可以下降我們的名次所以讓勞工不再血汗讓勞工不再過勞我覺得這個是一個最基本的我們挺勞工應該去做到的事情請民進黨不要再用各式各樣的藉口來拖延因為勞工已經等不及了\n所以我们希望透过今天的修法未来明年劳工就可以立刻享有多增加的4加1天的这样的一个\n","vtt":"WEBVTT\n\n00:00.084
